Chinese Fried Rice

Today's recipe is Chinese fried rice. For this recipe you can add or remove ingredients, it depends on you.Today I just made 2 cups of rice, but you can do more. For every cup of rice its 2 cups of water. This were the ingredients I used. Some people add chicken or shrimps.

Ingredients:
2 cups of uncooked, long grain rice
4 cups of water
1 carrot chopped in little cubes
1/2 cup of peas
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Cooking oil
Salt

Procedure:
  1. In a medium pot, boil 4 cups of  water.
  2. When water is boiling, add 2 cups of rice. Stir and cover.
  3. When rice is soft and all the water is absorbed, put it on a bowl to cool.
  4. In a good size pan, heat up some oil and cook the carrots and peas. Reserve them.
  5. Whisk 2 eggs.
  6. Repeat step 4, but instead of adding the vegetables add the rice. Fry it for a while.
  7. Add the eggs and mix.
  8. Now add the fried vegetables and the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix. Add salt if needed.
                                                    And this is how it will look.

  5. This post is genuinely appealing. The simplicity of how you list the ingredients and procedures makes the recipe seem that much more easier and fun to make. I'm not too much into cooking or any kind of food making that requires a recipe, but this post is interesting.
